All items are made or sourced in limited runs. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size, contact us and we will do our best to help based on available stock.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
